Hugh Kenworthy III

Mr. Kenworthy is a founding partner of Guardian and shares responsibilities for all major operational functions including sourcing, underwriting and governance of existing portfolio companies. While serving on the board of numerous portfolio companies, Mr. Kenworthy is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Chairman of Corporate Call Center, Inc. Prior to founding Guardian, Mr. Kenworthy spent his business career working with small to medium size companies; originally as a lender, then as an owner/operator and more recently as an investor/owner. He was President of The Brynavon Group, Inc., a private equity leveraged buyout group that acquired manufacturing companies, Managing General Partner of Tobias Knoblauch Private Bank, a $150 million deposit bank, , and a lender with Fidelity Bank, with oversight responsibility for a commercial loan portfolio of $100 million.
