Adrian R. Ironside

Mr. Ironside plays an integral role in conducting due diligence, assisting with new investment acquisitions and working alongside portfolio company operators post-acquisition. Mr. Ironside is on the board of R&D Circuits and has primary oversight responsibilities for Kwik Tek Inc. and R&D Circuits. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Ironside had an extensive professional career in technology operations and management, project management, and software development. Spending eight years with Goldman Sachs, Inc. in its Private Wealth Management division, he had oversight responsibility for three business critical software development teams and rose to Senior Manager.
