Francois Martineau

Mr. François Martineau is a graduate of the University Paris IV (Philosophy Degree), University Paris I (Law Master), and of the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris. Mr. François Martineau has been Attorney since 1976. In 1981, he was "Secrétaire de la Conférence". In 1985, he was a lecturer at the University Paris I (Civil Procedure). In 1995, he was a Professor at the Paris Bar School (EFB) and since 1998, he is Honorary Professor at the Law and Political Sciences School of Lima (Peru). In 1996, he became an Expert at the Council of Europe and fulfilled various missions in Eastern Europe countries regarding the reform of the Code of the Judicial Organization, the reform of the magistrates' and lawyers' training and the revision of the Code of Civil Procedure. He also teaches professionals at the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature (ENM). Since 1987, Mr. François Martineau has been a Partner of the law firm Lussan / Société d'avocats, and Managing Partner since 1995.
