Ash Shah

Ash Shah is the Global Programs Director at AXA, overseeing IT operations in the 8 countries and a regional office in Hong Kong. AXA Asia is a market leading insurance player offering a differentiated composite proposition in Life and General Insurance with operational presence in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, China, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Prior to joining AXA, Ash held a number of senior roles for Whitbread Group, Financial Conduct Authority (UK financial service regulator), Zurich Financial Services and Adecco on an European and global basis. He holds a degree from the London School of Economics as well as attended leadership courses at IMD in Switzerland.
