David Wang

David is a Partner at WestSummit Capital, a leading China-based global growth equity firm focused on helping high growth technology companies access the China market. David has over 13 years of related experience in investment and operations in China and Canada. Prior to WestSummit, David was the Associate Director at China Horizon Investments Group, where he led deal origination and execution for equity investments in targeted industries and assisted in China strategy formation. Earlier, he worked at Goldman Sachs where he executed about $2 billion in IPO and M&A transactions for multiple companies. Prior to that, he worked for Intrawest Corporation, where he was responsible for recommending and analyzing investment opportunities and involved in potential acquisitions and JV transactions in China.
