Dan Ouyang

Dan Ouyang is a partner in the Beijing and Hong Kong offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions in the U.S and Greater China region. Dan has extensive experience with U.S. and Hong Kong equity offerings, Rule 144A and Reg S bond offerings, and private equity and M&A transactions. She has represented corporate clients across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and entertainment, in more than 20 U.S. IPOs and follow-on offerings and more than 10 Hong Kong IPOs. Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a partner at a large international firm's Beijing office. She was also previously a journalist at China Central Television and China Radio International. Dan is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and is fluent in English. She has passed the Chartered Financial Analyst Level I examination.
