Christian joined LDC in March 2014 from Gresham Private Equity. Christian was a Partner at Gresham where he worked for over 16 years and completed 19 transactions with a further 11 bolt on acquisitions with investments including 7 City Learning, Individual Restaurant Company, 1st Credit, IND, Penn Pharmaceuticals and Whitworths. Christian qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and worked in Corporate Finance there before moving into private equity and has a BSc in Engineering and Management from Kings’ College, London. His most recent transactions are the sale of BOFA International to NYSE-listed Donaldson Company, Inc, the £13m minority investment in Paldaone, the £11m minority investment in Lucid Group and the sale of Clifford Thames to OEConnection Holdings the US-based e-commerce technology group.
