Alistair Pendleton

Alistair joined LDC in 2008. His background is in leverage finance and M&A/private equity advisory. Alistair began his career with Arthur Andersen where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and went on to join Ernst & Young’s Private Equity Lead Advisory team. Prior to joining LDC Alistair spent three years in Lloyds TSB Acquisition Finance providing leverage finance to fund management buy-outs. Since joining LDC Alistair’s completed deals include Zip World, Vista Retail Support, Amberon, ADEY, Ministry of Cake, Nuclear Engineering Services, Node4, Kee Safety, Evander, Angel Springs, Pertemps, Mama & Co and ADP. In 2017 Alistair was crowned 'Dealmaker of the Year' at the South West Insider Dealmaker awards.
