Carroll H. Archibald

Carroll H. Archibald, Vice President, Finance & Taxation, joined Paul Capital in 1997. Ms. Archibald is actively involved in the tax and accounting issues related to revenue interests, royalties, debt structures, securitizations, UBTI and tax withholding for Paul Capital's Healthcare and Secondary Teams. In addition, she assists with fund formation and the tax concerns of investors. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Ms. Archibald spent 10 years with Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen, most recently as a tax partner focusing on their venture capital, private equity and real estate practices.
