Bryan Sheehan

Bryan Sheehan, Director of Tax, joined Paul Capital in 2005. Mr. Sheehan oversees all areas of tax compliance and provides consultation on international and domestic tax structuring for the funds’ investments including assisting with fund formation and the tax concerns of investors and general partners. Prior to joining Paul Capital, Mr. Sheehan spent more than 10 years in public accounting including, most recently, 8 years with Deloitte Tax as a Senior Manager focusing on closely held businesses and individual taxation. Mr. Sheehan is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and Florida. He received a B.S. from Florida State University in accounting (taxation emphasis) with a minor in Economics.
