Brian Murphy

Mr. Brian G. Murphy is the Co-Founder and Director of Precyse Solutions, LLC. Mr. Murphy is also a General Partner at NewSpring Capital. He is a part of the NewSpring Healthcare Team. Mr. Murphy co-founded Merrill Legal Solutions in 1986. He has more than 25 years of private equity, corporate management, and development experience, focused primarily in health care services. He has a strong background in business strategy, investment structuring, organizational growth, and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Murphy was a Regional President at NovaCare, Inc., the Chief Executive Officer at Heritage Health Systems, and a Director of Development at Partners National Health Plans of North Carolina, Inc. He was the Founder at Acquisition Management Services and WordWave. Mr. Murphy served as an Executive Officer at Heritage Health Systems, Inc. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of SongBird Hearing, Inc., MinSec Corrections Corporation and RedPath Integrated Pathology LLC. Mr. Murphy serves as a Member of the Board of Salveo Specialty Pharmacy, Inc, Habit OPCO, Inc., Precyse Solutions, and MinSec Companies. Mr. Murphy serves as a Director of TMG Health, Inc., Habit Holdings, Inc., MinSec Holdings, Inc., and Othera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He served as a Director of CyberShift, Inc., Nitric Bio, Inc. and RecoverCare, LLC. Mr. Murphy is the Chairman of the Foundation Board of SUNY Cortland. He received a B.S. in Science from the State University of New York at Cortland.
