Amanda D. H. Allen is the chief financial officer and a member of the executive committee at LightBox, where she is responsible for global accounting, finance, tax, and treasury functions. She is focused on building a scalable and sustainable platform for LightBox’s growth by integrating acquisitions, implementing an enterprise resource planning system, launching an automated software-as-a-service key performance indicator, and consolidating and optimizing treasury platforms. She leads the company’s strategic planning, annual operating planning, and capital allocation processes and evaluates merger and acquisition opportunities. Previously, Ms. Allen was the chief financial officer at High Ridge Brands. Before that, she held strategy and corporate finance roles at large multinationals such as PepsiCo and small and medium-sized private equity backed companies. She began her career in investment banking at UBS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a master of business administration degree from the New York University Stern School of Business.
