Sr. Frontend Engineer

Sirdab is a tech-ops focused startup offering cloud warehousing and transportation/logistics solutions. We have built an end-to-end logistics platform that allows businesses to acquire dry, ambient, chilled, and frozen warehousing space within 48 hours, as well as manage, optimize, and distribute inventory via a single platform. We are empowering businesses to expand and thrive by offering state-of-the-art logistics services – warehousing, freight, and distribution – through a fully integrated platform that is accessible precisely when and where they need it.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the frontend development for our customer facing applications
• Contribute to the leadership, stewardship, planning, and evangelism of our front-end architecture
• Contribute to planning, customer scoping, and setting priorities for Sirdab portal
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement new features and functionalities with a strong focus on user experience.
• Debug and fix issues in the frontend codebase to improve the stability and performance of the applications. *Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our applications. *Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building scalable component libraries, design systems, and tools using JavaScript or TypeScript
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience shipping high-quality products from start to finish
• Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Startup experience is preferred (not required)
