About Juno
Juno is a personal health assistant for people living with chronic illness. People text Juno their symptoms, and it logs them automatically, helps spot patterns and potential triggers, and turns their health history into a PDF for doctor appointments.
We started Juno because we know what it’s like to live with a chronic condition and struggle to find answers. We care about the everyday moments that often get overlooked: trying to explain a flare, remembering what happened between appointments, or finding the words to describe something other people can’t see.
Juno is backed by Y Combinator and now supports more than 300,000 people globally. We're looking for someone who wants to help us reach more people through thoughtful, useful content.
About the role
You’ll own Juno’s social presence, from ideas and scripts to publishing and community. Your job is to turn real patient experiences, useful symptom-tracking advice, and product moments into content people stop for, share, and act on.
You should be comfortable on camera and excited to create. Some days you’ll explain how texting a symptom becomes an appointment-ready report. Other days you’ll work with a creator, respond to a community conversation, or turn a promising idea into a video that afternoon.
You’ll work closely with the founders, set the content playbook, and connect social growth to people discovering and using Juno.
What you'll do
- Own TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, and develop a clear role for other channels.
- Create short-form videos: research ideas, write hooks and scripts, film, edit, and publish.
- Appear on camera regularly and help shape Juno’s voice.
- Make symptom tracking, patterns, and appointment preparation easy to understand through useful content and product demos.
- Build a consistent content calendar while leaving room to act quickly on good ideas.
- Reply to comments and DMs with warmth and judgment, including knowing when to bring a question to the team.
- Find and collaborate with creators community.
- Track watch time, shares, saves, audience growth, and app signups, and use the results to improve the next batch.
What we're looking for
- Experience growing a brand or your own social channels, with examples of content you created and results you can explain.
- Strong short-form video instincts: you understand hooks, pacing, retention, and payoff.
- Genuine comfort on camera.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills
- The ability to take a video from idea to published post, including filming and editing.
- An understanding of chronic illness and healthcare, developed through lived experience, supporting someone, study, work, or involvement in health communities
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and learns quickly.
Your work matters more than a specific degree or number of years in the role.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer apps, health, wellness, or community-led brands.
- Personal or professional familiarity with chronic illness.
- Experience working with creators and managing collaborations.
- A social account you’ve built yourself.
- Experience using AI effectively to speed up your manual workflows.
- Experience turning organic content into effective paid creative.
What we offer
- Ownership of Juno’s social strategy and room to shape the brand.
- Direct collaboration with the founders and a short path from idea to execution.
- Work on a product built around problems people face every day.

About Juno
Juno is an AI personal health assistant for the 1B+ people living with chronic illness. Juno builds a longitudinal health profile from conversations, biometrics, and medical history to identify patterns behind symptoms and provide tailored guidance. Isaac and Marshall started building Juno after growing up with chronic conditions and spending years trying to understand their symptoms. Like millions of others, they waited months for appointments and struggled to explain complex medical history in 15 minutes. As a result, key signals are missed, contributing to an average diagnosis time of 7.6 years. Even after receiving a diagnosis, patients are often left without a clear treatment plan and have to manage their condition alone. Many use AI chatbots for support, but without context on their medical history or symptom progression, they receive generic advice that is rarely actionable. Juno solves this by building a continuous, structured health profile for each user and connecting this fragmented health information. We spent the last year conducting research at Oxford and UCL to build our proprietary engagement layer for daily conversations, allowing Juno to ask the right questions at the right time and understand each user's health better than anyone else ever could. We launched in October and are already at $600k in annual run rate, supporting 50,000+ patients globally. We’re building a future where everyone has a private clinical specialist in their pocket, 24/7.
