Our IT team is a vital and esteemed strategic partner throughout the company.
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior IT Administrator to join our IT Service Operations team. This role requires extensive hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS environments and will serve as a subject matter expert for endpoint management, Microsoft administration, identity and access management, IT automation, and enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions that improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT operations. The ideal candidate will be expected to identify opportunities to streamline IT operations through automation, system integration, and process improvement.
The role will also provide advanced technical support and high-touch service to executives and executive assistants and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Your Impact:
Endpoint Management
· Serve as a senior subject matter expert for the organization's Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
· Administer Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, including the creation, testing, and deployment of policies, configuration profiles, applications, security settings, and compliance controls.
· Manage Windows and macOS provisioning and zero-touch deployment, including Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment.
· Manage endpoint patching and software update processes, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and remediation.
· Configure and support Intune Company Portal and mobile device enrollment.
· Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, policy, application, compliance, and deployment issues.
· Develop and maintain standardized endpoint configurations and security controls in partnership with Information Security.
Microsoft Administration
· Serve as a senior technical resource for Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
· Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Defender, and related services.
· Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Office 365 email protection and security policies, including anti-phishing, anti-spam, malware protection, Safe Links, Safe Attachments, and related threat protection capabilities.
· Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and related data protection controls.
· Monitor DLP and email security activity, troubleshoot policy behavior, and tune policies to balance security requirements with employee productivity.
· Administer and support Microsoft Defender and related endpoint security capabilities in partnership with Information Security.
· Manage and maintain compliance with all licensed Microsoft products.
· Stay current with Microsoft cloud capabilities and identify opportunities to improve security, administration, and operational efficiency.
IT System Integration & Automation
· Design and implement automations and integrations between IT systems using Workato, Okta Workflows, PowerShell, APIs, and other appropriate technologies.
· Develop and maintain Workato integrations between platforms such as ServiceNow, Okta, Microsoft 365, HR systems, and endpoint management solutions.
· Configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, forms, business rules, and related configurations.
· Automate IT processes and system interactions to improve efficiency and reduce manual administrative tasks.
· Troubleshoot, document, and maintain existing automations, integrations, and ServiceNow configurations with an emphasis on reliability, security, and scalability.
Collaboration, AV & Executive Support
· Provide advanced technical support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and other critical business technologies.
· Provide high-touch, white-glove technical support to executives and executive assistants.
· Build, configure, deploy, and support Zoom Rooms and associated conference room technologies.
· Provide advanced audio/video support for company events, including All Hands, executive meetings, and other large-scale events.
· Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, controllers, and related AV systems.
· Serve as an escalation point for complex employee technology issues.
Your Toolkit:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 6+ years of progressive experience in IT administration, systems administration, endpoint management, or a related field.
· Extensive hands-on experience administering Windows and macOS enterprise environments.
· Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, including policy/profile management, application deployment, patch management, compliance, and zero-touch deployment.
· Strong experience with Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment.
· Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender, including Defender for Office 365.
· Experience with Okta and Okta Workflows, and similar technology, particularly user lifecycle automation.
· Strong PowerShell scripting experience, particularly for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
· Experience designing and implementing IT system integrations and automations.
· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of complex technical issues, and provide high touch support to C-Level executives and executive assistants.
Bonus Points:
· Experience with Microsoft Graph API and advanced PowerShell automation.
· Experience developing ServiceNow solutions, including catalog items and Flow Designer.
· Experience integrating ServiceNow with Okta, Microsoft 365, HR systems, or endpoint management platforms.
· Experience with enterprise networking, certificate-based authentication, or Wi-Fi technologies.
· Relevant Microsoft, Jamf, Okta, ServiceNow, or other technical certifications.
