Growth Marketer

The Role

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Marketing person to own how GroMo acquires and grows users across every channel - paid, organic, partnerships, and referral. This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role for a hustler who would rather run experiments and ship results than manage a layer of process.
You will live in performance marketing- Google, Meta, and the wider paid ecosystem, but you will not be boxed into it. You will think like a growth operator: where is the next user coming from, what does it cost, and how do we compound it. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to grow the platform, and you will have a real seat at the table on how we scale.

What You Will Own

Performance & Paid Marketing

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google, Meta, influencers, and emerging paid channels- strategy, setup, creative testing, bidding, and budget.
• Drive down CAC and push up ROAS through relentless experimentation- audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
• Own the numbers: spend, installs, signups, activation, and cost per outcome- reported clearly and acted on quickly.

Affiliate & Partner Distribution

• Build and scale affiliate and partner marketing channels- networks, publishers, and performance partners.
• Negotiate, structure, and optimize payouts to keep partner-driven acquisition profitable as it scales.

Cross-Channel Growth

• Think across the full growth stack — paid distribution, organic/SEO/ASO, and referral and move budget and effort to whatever is working.
• Design and run referral and viral loops that turn our 4L+ advisor base into a growth engine.
• Partner with product, content, and engineering to close the gap between a click and an activated user.

Experimentation & AI Leverage

• Run a fast, disciplined experiment cadence- hypothesis, test, read, scale or kill.
• Use AI tools across the workflow- creative generation, copy, audience research, analysis, and automation, to do more with less.
• Bring new growth ideas to the leadership team and own them from idea to impact.

What You Will Bring

• 3–8 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid budgets on Google and Meta.
• Proven results- you can point to numbers you moved: CAC down, ROAS up, scale achieved.
• Exposure to affiliate marketing and at least one of organic or referral growth; comfort thinking across channels.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup, you are a hustler who thrives in ambiguity and takes independent decisions.
• Strong analytical instinct- fluent with data, dashboards, and attribution; you let the numbers decide.
• An independent contributor’s mindset- you own outcomes end-to-end and don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Genuine curiosity for AI tools and a bias to use them to work faster and smarter.
• Hungry to grow- personally and for the platform.
