The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to own our social presence, influencer partnerships, and product marketing. You'll work directly with the CEO to shape how the world discovers Blink.

This is a high-autonomy role where you'll build and execute strategies from scratch. You should be comfortable creating content, managing creator relationships, and moving fast in a startup environment.

What You'll Do

Social Media: Own our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Create and publish content that drives awareness and signups.

Influencer Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators in the tech, no-code, and entrepreneurship spaces.

Product Marketing: Translate product capabilities into compelling narratives. Support launches, write copy, and develop positioning.

Growth Experiments: Run tests across channels, measure what works, and double down on winners.

What We're Looking For

Required:

3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or short-form content
Proven track record of growing audiences or driving measurable results
Strong written communication and creative instincts
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have:

Your own Instagram Reels or TikTok account with 5,000+ followers
Your own YouTube channel with 1,000+ subscribers
Experience in developer tools, AI, or B2B SaaS

About Blink

Blink is a cordless, HD home monitoring and alert system. It has an integrated motion sensor that can trigger instant alerts when motion is detected. When events are detected and alerts are sent, users have the option of sounding the Blink Alarm. The Blink Alarm is a standalone unit that is purchased separately from the camera. Blink alerts can be sent via email or push notification and are backed by a technology called “Instant On”.
