About the Role 

Clinikally is looking for an experienced, research-oriented Dermatologist or Physician to lead key areas of our Medical Operations. In this role, you will collaborate with our in-house medical board to architect condition-specific treatment protocols for millions of users. You will act as the bridge between clinical expertise and product reality, ensuring every Rx-grade solution delivered via our digital health platform meets the highest standards of safety and efficacy.

The Best Fit

• Education: MBBS and MD in Dermatology (or equivalent medical degree) with a strong clinical track record.
• Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of Bio-active ingredients for skin, hair, and clinical nutrition.
• Formulation Knack: A genuine interest in Dermatological Formulations and the science of personal care delivery systems.
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with Technology Transfer, R&D workflows, and modern Teledermatology platforms.
• Leadership: Vast experience in clinical dermatology with the ability to translate complex science for non-scientists.

What You Will Do

• Clinical Governance: Join our elite medical team to provide high-quality Online Dermatologist Consultations and ensure the integrity of our automated treatment plans.
• Protocol Development: Collaborate with in-house specialists to envision and refine solutions for complex concerns like Androgenetic Alopecia, Melasma, and Cystic Acne.
• R&D Partnership: Provide research-backed data to the Product Formulation Team and assist in maintaining results for our clinical pilot studies.
• Production Supervision: Take an active role in the oversight of Production Batches, ensuring that our Ceramide Moisturizer, Sunscreen for Sensitive Skin, Hyaluronic Acid Serum, etc., maintain their therapeutic integrity.
• Concept Innovation: Assist in creating new product concepts based on trending dermatological concerns and patient feedback loops.
• Scientific Communication: Present new clinical technologies and research findings to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Tools and Ecosystem
You will utilize our proprietary Telehealth Platform to provide expert care to users who wish to consult skin doctors in India. You will work directly with our advanced formulations, such as our cream for hyperpigmentation and hair growth serum, while collaborating with global clinical brands like COSRX, Sesderma, and Sebamed.
