Clinical Research Lead

About the Role

Clinikally is looking for an expert Clinical Research Lead to validate the science behind our consumer health solutions. In this role, you will lead the research that proves our products work. You will partner with global experts to conduct efficacy studies on Rx-grade dermatology and clinical nutrition products, ensuring every solution we offer is backed by hard data and rigorous testing.

What You Will Do

• Clinical Validation: Lead robust research into the science behind our formulations. You will oversee efficacy studies for high-performance products including our hair growth serums, niacinamide cleansers, and pH-balanced face washes.
• Efficacy Studies: Partner with clinical collaborators to test the effectiveness of our OTC and prescription-grade products. A key area of focus will be our unique DMS Technology-based Vitamin E Moisturizer, utilizing advanced skin-barrier science.
• R&D Strategy: Bridge the gap between laboratory research and final product concepts. You will ensure that the bio-actives and medical-grade ingredients we use meet the highest global safety and performance standards.
• Thought Leadership: Publish research findings and represent Clinikally at dermatology conferences. You will act as the scientific voice for our online dermatologist consultations, ensuring our clinical advice remains evidence-based.
• Trial Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trials, from protocol design to data analysis, for our expanding range of dermatologist-recommended essentials.

The Best Fit

• Academic Credentials: MBBS + MD in Dermatology, MBBS + DVD, or a PhD in Life Sciences with a focus on Skin Biology or Pharmacology.
• Research Pedigree: Proven experience in clinical medicine as demonstrated by a strong portfolio of publications and speaking engagements.
• Technical Expertise: Well-versed in R&D workflows, technology transfer, and the regulatory requirements for clinical trial management.
• Leadership: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder research projects across different geographies.
