Introduction to the job

At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing team, you support the production of optical components, assemblies, and systems made of glass, glass-ceramics, and ceramics for our high-tech small-batch, single-part, and prototype production.

Role and responsibilities

As a Assembly Operator Precision Manufacturing, you will:

• perform incoming and outgoing inspections of components and auxiliary parts, including visual checks.
• prepare components, tools, consumables, and auxiliary parts according to work instructions.
• support assembly activities, including mounting, aligning, and bonding auxiliary parts to components in accordance with defined procedures.
• conduct quality inspections of assembly and bonding results using visual inspections and measurement equipment.
• perform production-related measurements following established instructions and processes.
• document production results, measurement data, and work progress according to defined requirements.
• support material handling, equipment maintenance, cleaning activities, and component transport within the production area.

Education and experience

• Completed vocational training in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing-related field
• Initial professional experience in manufacturing, assembly, measurement, or a comparable production environment
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and in a shift model
• Strong fine motor skills and good visual acuity for precision work

Deine Aufgaben

Als Montagemitarbeiter:in Präzisionsfertigung wirst du:

• die Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangskontrollen von Bauteilen und Zusatzteilen durchführen, einschließlich visueller Prüfungen.
• Bauteile, Werkzeuge, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Zusatzteile gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen vorbereiten.
• Montagearbeiten unterstützen, einschließlich des Montierens, Justierens und Verklebens von Zusatzteilen nach vorgegebenen Verfahren.
• die Qualitätsprüfungen von Montage- und Klebeergebnissen mithilfe visueller Kontrollen und Messmitteln durchführen.
• fertigungsbegleitende Messungen nach festgelegten Anweisungen und Prozessen durchführen.
• fertigungsergebnisse, Messdaten und Arbeitsfortschritte entsprechend den Vorgaben dokumentieren.
• die Materialbereitstellung, Anlagenpflege, Reinigungsarbeiten und den Transport von Bauteilen innerhalb der Fertigung unterstützen.

Deine Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen, industriellen oder fertigungsnahen Beruf
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung, Montage, Messtechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Produktionsumfeld
• Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen zu lesen und zu verstehen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und Microsoft Word
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Reinraum und im Schichtmodell
• Ausgeprägte feinmotorische Fähigkeiten sowie gutes Sehvermögen für Präzisionsarbeiten
