SUS OT Specialist – Network Segmentation & Global Device Support

Your Role As an OT Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting and evolving our OT (security) strategy across all our factory sites worldwide. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to manage and secure business-managed devices and operational technology assets, ensuring continuity, compliance, and resilience in a rapidly changing threat landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive implementation and support of network segmentation across global manufacturing segments (e.g., FAB, OT environments).
- Collaborate with business representatives to intake, classify,
and migrate devices “including OT systems” into segmented networks. - Support identity and access management (IAM) processes.
- Provide technical guidance and hyper care during rollouts and transitions.
- Ensure alignment with global security directives (e.g., NIS2, CRA) and internal standards.
- Maintain and improve support processes for business-managed devices and OT assets, including backup, malware protection, and remote access.
- Support new (OT security) initiatives from start to end.
What You Bring
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, network security, or endpoint management.
- Experience with OT systems and understanding (OT) security concepts such as (segmentation) firewalls, malware detection and protection, etc.
- Ability to work across international teams and factory sites.
- Familiarity with enterprise IAM tools and secure software deployment practices.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to protecting intellectual property and business continuity.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
