Job Description

Introduction of the job 

As Head of IT Identity & Access Management, you will provide global leadership for identity and access services, unifying fragmented platforms into a secure, automated, and AI-driven model. The role embeds governance and privileged access controls across IT, OT, AI and software engineering, strengthening security while improving user experience and efficiency​. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Foundation Solutions and be responsible for managing a team of 4 direct reports.


Responsibilities 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Owning the global IAM strategy and delivery; defining and maintaining a single IAM roadmap, advising stakeholders on priorities, and co-creating roadmaps to unify identity and access into a secure, AI-driven enterprise service 

  • Holding end-to-end ownership of change and run for the Identity & Access Management value stream, with a service coverage including thousands of users, suppliers, systems, and emerging AI agent identities 

  • Consolidating IAM tools and processes into a scalable architecture to lower cost and improve user experience 

  • Strengthening privileged access management and ensure regulatory compliance to reduce risk and improve audit results 

  • Delivering AI-first provisioning and authentication to reduce manual effort and accelerate access provisioning 

  • Translating the broader plans and requirements into the rolling 8-quarter Identity & Access Management value stream planning and for the periodical value stream reporting, delegating planning and reporting to the DOs 

  • Making all employment decisions for the Identity & Access Management leadership (OL, DO, DA), and building and coaching the leadership pipeline 

  • Implementing in line with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements and remediating findings identified through 2nd line oversight and audits. 


Education, experience and role-relevant background 

  • Working and thinking level equivalent to master’s degree  

  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders, leading multi-disciplinary teams and landing change whilst safeguarding run 

  • Experience supporting cross-border operations in at least three global markets (US, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Singapore), including adapting to local regulatory environments and collaborating across cultures and time zones. 


Minimum requirements 

  • Large-Scale IAM Transformation: 12–15 years of experience in enterprise IAM or security leadership roles, including unifying fragmented IAM at enterprise scale 

  • Business Impact: Experience in risk reduction, compliance improvement, or operational efficiency 

  • Global Operating Experience: Experience across global regulatory and operational environments.
