Introduction to the job

As a Change Expert, you will be responsible for the daily management of a change journey and support the business case for the initial transformation. Your role ensures smooth implementation of changes and contributes to achieving defined change objectives.
 

You will work in a team of change coordinators and managers and act as the primary point of contact for assessing and delivering information based on business needs. Full ownership of one or more processes is expected, combined with strong analytical expertise. 


Role and responsibilities

The Digital Transformation Engine (DTE) was established to help all ASML employees work more efficiently. As a Change Expert, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, end users, and IT/security solutions. Your mission is to ensure employees successfully adopt and integrate new digital tools and ways of working into their daily routines. Knowledge of DW team processes and interfaces will be an advantage, as collaboration across teams is key to success.
 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned with ASML’s change management framework.
  • Select and apply change management tools independently and interpret results to support decision-making.
  • Identify improvements and opportunities within change management and develop new tools where needed.
  • Advise on measures to mitigate people impact and adoption risks.
  • Contribute to standards and best practices within a competence center and coach colleagues.
  • Manage the change management budget (up to €10,000) within project and program boundaries.
  • Maintain interfaces with other teams and processes within larger change programs, including DW team collaboration.
  • Lead smaller, independent projects (e.g., implementing a new tool at a single location).
  • Deliver training sessions within your area of expertise.

Education and experience

  • Professional knowledge of theoretical concepts and principles in change management
  • Experience leading change projects and applying change tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of digital solutions and AI is a plus.
