Financial Operations Specialist (SF, at Montgomery BART)

We are looking for someone who has experience or educational background who can handle financial or detailed operational workflows.

About Us:

We are a healthcare billing company that have built out our own in-house billing software. We currently do the billing for 30+ practices, some of which have 50+ providers. The specialities of the practices we do the billing for are OB-GYN, plastic surgery, geriatric, pediatric, psychiatric, remote patient monitoring (RPM), family practice, amongst others.

Our primary billing office is located in San Francisco's (near Montgomery Bart). Initially, we will need the employee to commute to the office five days a week. After several months, we can discuss a more hybrid schedule.

Required Experience:

• 1+ year of medical billing
• Familiar with different practice management tools and EHRs
• Comfortable answering patient questions and speaking to the providers
• Problem solve, but also ask questions when you've hit a wall
• Able to commute to the office
• Adapt to new practice management and EHR softwares
