TrueMed is a payments tool (think PayPal for HSA/FSA) that enables health and wellness brands to accept pre-tax HSA/FSA payments for eligible products. We partner with leading brands such as CrossFit, Magic Mind, and DB Method to help drive higher AOV (30%+ for many merchants), better month-two retention (40% increase), and greater LTV. Our integrations are simple, through an official Shopify payments app or lightweight code snippets, and typically take less than 30 minutes to set up, with no engineering required. Our mission is to unlock access to the $150B in HSA/FSA funds for qualifying health and wellness purchases, making it easy for customers to use tax-advantaged dollars on eligible products that support real medical needs. TrueMed was developed in collaboration with federal policy leaders on HSA/FSA modernization and top health experts including Dr. Mark Hyman.
