About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and scale AI-native operating workflows across Skydio’s go-to-market organization. This person will partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems to improve process execution, drive organizational alignment, and increase operating leverage across the revenue engine.
This is a role for a high-agency operator who can bring structure to ambiguity, move fluidly across teams, and turn business needs into scalable processes, workflows, and operational improvements. You’ll help strengthen the operating mechanisms behind the revenue engine while identifying practical ways to embed AI and automation into day-to-day execution.
Location: SF/Bay area - hybrid 3 days in office
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives across the GTM organization, from problem definition through execution and rollout
Improve core revenue processes and handoffs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Systems
Design and scale AI-native workflows that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and accelerate decision-making
Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and translate them into process, tooling, and reporting improvements
Work closely with Business Systems and data teams to operationalize automation and improve workflow efficiency across the revenue engine
Build structure around complex initiatives by defining goals, owners, success metrics, timelines, and risks
Drive adoption and change management for new processes, tools, and ways of working
Improve visibility and execution quality through scalable reporting, process discipline, and operational rigor
What Makes You a Good Fit:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects and driving results across multiple stakeholder groups
Strong program management skills and the ability to keep work moving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to identify issues, inform decisions, and measure impact
Experience improving business processes and translating operational needs into scalable workflows and systems changes
Strong communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in enterprise technology, hardware, SaaS, or other complex B2B go-to-market environments
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools, automation platforms, and modern RevOps tooling
Experience driving change management across teams with different priorities and operating styles
Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000*.
