Public scrapers disagree. Jobscroller reported 1,746 open roles. Uplers shows 49 (likely a single division). Zero G Talent, pulling straight from RTX's Workday feed, found 13 active roles, none added in a week, with salaries from $60k to $225k (median $120k). The discrepancy is a signal: RTX posts heavily on its own Workday instance and clearance-specific portals that generic aggregators miss. Sustaining growth means solving the first 18 months, when clearance processing, onboarding, and program ramp converge. The programs exist (tuition, rotations, internal boards, equity hooks), but impact depends on execution across three businesses still integrating. The surge is a bet that integration has matured enough to deliver. The Tucson expansion will be ready. The question is whether the people will be there to run it.
