But the screening priority on them signals that RTX is not hiring for volume. It is hiring for the specific cleared engineering capacity the 10-K identified as the binding constraint. The historical pattern suggests these roles will be filled slowly, if at all, unless the applicant pool meets the clearance-and-systems threshold the company has consistently flagged as scarce.

What the Roles Signal for Growth
