Behavior Based Detection Jobs in San Francisco, CA

About the role We’re looking for a Detection and Response engineer to design and build systems that identify, analyze, and eradicate threats across

Turn that intel into hunts, detections, and hardening recommendations.

What you’ll own Agent architecture and behavior.

Detection & Response engineers own their detections end to end: you write them, you tune them, and your team is paged when they fire.

Partner with detection engineering to improve alert fidelity, reduce noise, and shorten time-to-detection for security events.

A growing part of that work depends on lightweight detection methods trained on model internals, which let us identify harmful behavior cheaply and at scale.

detection, such as influence operations, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or cyber threat intelligence Have experience tracking threat actors across surface

In this role, you'll work with our entire engineering team to design and implement systems that detect and prevent abuse, promote user safety, and reduce

improve and validate that behavior.

Bring depth in alignment, interpretability, model behavior, empirical ML, or adjacent research.

We are looking for an engineer who can connect reliable LLM agents with working robot behavior.

Our agents work across security tools and data, write and tune Python detections, and bring humans in when judgment or approval matters.

control frequency Support bring-up and field testing of new camera and sensor configurations on live production lines Contribute to fault detection

About the Team Our team builds classification and evaluation systems that give post-training and research teams fast, reliable feedback on model behavior
