The Role
What You'll Do
- Work directly with engineers and architects to understand their workflows and iterate on solutions in real-time
- Build backend services for high-volume drawing processing
- Develop AI/ML pipelines for automated QA/QC
- Create intuitive UIs for engineers and architects
- Optimize performance for massive PDFs and complex images
- Shape architecture, product direction, and engineering culture
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years software experience, strong in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
- You’re a builder who enjoys talking to humans, gather feedback on the front lines, and translate user needs into code
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiar with ML/data pipelines
- Strong debugging + problem-solving
- Clear communicator and solid teammate
Nice to Have
- AEC experience (design, construction, CAD/BIM)
- Computer vision or document analysis background
- Experience with compliance systems or rule engines
