About the role

Westgate Supply (prev Soff) is rebuilding industrial distribution from the ground up. We buy and sell fasteners and industrial hardware — one of the largest, most fragmented, and least automated markets in the US — and we run the entire operation on AI. Quoting, sourcing, order processing, logistics: automated end to end. We're already shipping real orders to real customers in Texas and California.

What we're looking for

We're hiring hard workers and fast learners who want a serious career in sales. This is in-person only (San Francisco / Oakland) and full-time. The work is challenging and the hours are long, but we make it worthwhile. You'll be the founding sales hire — everything you build, you own.

What you'll do

  • Own accounts end to end: from first cold call to closed PO to delivered product to repeat order.
  • Run outbound to procurement buyers at manufacturers and industrial contractors — calls, email, site visits.
  • Quote fast. In distribution, speed wins the order. You'll work directly with our AI quoting stack to turn RFQs around in minutes, not days.
  • Build supplier and customer relationships that compound — this business runs on trust and repeat volume.
  • Check in with customers weekly, fix issues before they escalate, and spot expansion opportunities.
  • Keep the CRM clean: next actions, owners, no dropped balls.
  • Grow revenue inside existing accounts while opening new ones.
