We're building an industrial distributor from scratch: westgatesupply.com

Industrial distribution is a trillion-dollar market run on phone calls, faxes, and relationships. We're rebuilding it from the ground up: AI-native, but won with old-school hustle.

I'm looking for someone incredibly aggressive who wants to make this their life's work.

Your mornings start with cold calls to manufacturers. Your afternoons are spent negotiating pricing with suppliers and building relationships with buyers who've used the same supplier for 20 years.

What you'll do:

Cold call 50+ prospects a day. Chase quotes, close orders, own your accounts. Think Wolf of Wall Street without the fraud lol

Who you are:

Relentless. You don't take the first no. PE or finance background is great, but honestly, ex-athletes, ex-recruiters, ex-anyone who's ground it out on the phone works. What matters is you outwork everyone.

It will be intense. It will also be the most rewarding thing you've ever done.
