
Job Description
- We are looking for a Founding Applied AI engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate is someone with 5+ years of experience. We are looking for someone that has built AI driven workflows, agents, or applications from the ground up to serve specific business outcomes.
- We are looking for ownership and evidence of architecting the technical foundations of AI first products that drove significant business value. You’d interface directly with the co-founders and would be treated as an equal as helping to drive these outcomes at Saphira.
- Experience with integrating AI into production codebases. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and a strong understanding of how AI relates to the problems we are trying to solve. Ability to understand and architect AI workflows that lead to delightful customer experiences.
- Enhance our retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, ensuring our models effectively integrate and utilize diverse data sources.
- Tech Stack: OpenAI, LlamaIndex, RAG, Llama open source models
- Bonus points:
- Ex-founder (raised venture $)
- Built product as a founding engineer
- Worked at a software for hardware company or hardware company
