Our software saves e-commerce companies revenues that would otherwise be lost in returns. Via a link on the shop’s website, the customer can easily initiate their return, is automatically motivated to an exchange or voucher and the return is immediately processed with a shipping label. We thus automate and reduce refunds for e-commerces like Hoff or Boggi Milano by up to 55%.

About The DACH Market

Our Head of GTM Germany launched REVER in the DACH market in September. And it's been an extremely steep ride since.

You will tackle the exciting challenge of solving the massive €20B+ returns problem for e-commerce companies in Germany, where we see return rates of 40–60% in fashion and footware.

For that, we are seeking a super ambitious, smart and eager-to-learn graduate with account management or sales experience who supports the Head of GTM in launching the operations and defining the customer onboarding and retention across the entire market. It’s a high-impact, steep learning curve, full-accountability environment.

You will:

• Launch the country operations for the DACH market.
• Onboard the first brands by managing a variety of external stakeholders, including logistics carriers, fulfilment players and e-commerce experts.
• Exceed client expectations by helping them with technical integrations with their carriers, warehouses, ERP and CMS systems.
• Work at the intersection between our customers, our GTM and product teams.
• Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER.
• Use your firsthand experience of our day-to-day operations to contribute to product development.
• Engage in strategic discussions to drive our operational excellence.
• Bring analytical insights on how to help brands achieve their goals
• Surpass performance goals and thrive in our ambitious team environment, seizing opportunities for personal and company-wide growth.

You have

• Interest in fashion, tech and innovation with a passion for helping eCommerces grow.
• Native communication skills in German, professional in English.
• An analytical mindset, driving data-driven approach to problem solving and strategy.

• A passion for startup culture, coupled with a proactive mindset.
• Quick problem-solving skills and a knack for decisive action.
• Experience in the eCommerce, Fashion or Retail industry is a plus
• Experience in Account Management is a plus
