Description: (This is an Internship position) You'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, exceed performance targets, and be part of a high-talented team with an ambitious mission. Help us ensure customer satisfaction while actively participating in shaping our product and AI infrastructure to solve customer needs.

You will:

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take steps to address any negative feedback or concerns
• Build and iterate on AI agents that handle customer interactions, reducing manual resolution time
• Design and automate operational flows across support, logistics, and client management using tools like Make, Zapier, or custom integrations
• Have an input and be involved in the product definition process to solve customer needs
• Support day-to-day business operations, managing client relationships and handling customer inquiries
• Stay updated on the company's products and services to provide accurate and complete customer service
• Exceed performance targets such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with the team to identify repetitive processes that can be eliminated or automated
• Be part of a high-talented team with an ambitious mission and the ability to grow internally

You have:

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (+ fluency in Italian is a plus)
• Young professional or recently graduated
• Curiosity or hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, or workflow automation
• Ability to solve problems and make quick and effective decisions
• Ready to engage yourself 100% in this adventure
• A team player who inspires trust, takes initiative, and is driven by customer satisfaction
• Interest in a start-up environment, proactive and ready to share ideas to improve our services
