Partner Development Manager, Mexico & Colombia
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Build & Own the Referral Partner Channel. Identify, recruit, and activate accounting firms, advisory firms, legal/tax firms, and similar professional-services networks as revenue-share referral partners driving new business into Jeeves' top of funnel across Mexico and Colombia.
Activate Your Existing Network. Bring relationships you've already built across the accounting, advisory, and legal community in Mexico and/or Colombia, and convert them into signed, producing referral partners quickly.
Structure & Negotiate Rev-Share Agreements. Design and close referral and revenue-share partnership agreements that align incentives for both sides and consistently generate qualified pipeline.
Manage the Full Partner Lifecycle. Own sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance management for every referral partner — including training partners on Jeeves' value proposition and building simple, repeatable referral processes.
Drive Pipeline & Revenue Impact. Own targets tied to partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue, and report regularly on partner performance and overall channel health.
Expand Into Adjacent Channels. Once the core referral motion is proven, explore and pilot adjacent partner categories — other professional-services networks, regional intermediaries, or technology integrators — to grow the ecosystem beyond its initial scope.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure a smooth handoff of partner-sourced leads and a strong partner experience end to end.
Represent Jeeves Locally. Serve as Jeeves' face to the professional-services community in Mexico and Colombia — attending events, building brand presence, and staying close to market and competitive dynamics.
What We’re Looking For:
Existing Relationships (Required). You already have deep, active relationships with accounting firms, advisory firms, and/or legal firms in Mexico and/or Colombia. This is the single most important qualification — we need someone who can activate a channel quickly, not build one from a cold start.
5+ Years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Channel Sales. A track record of building and scaling referral or channel partnerships, ideally within fintech, financial services, professional services, or B2B SaaS.
Deal-Making Skills. Comfortable structuring and negotiating revenue-share and referral agreements, and closing partner deals independently.
Local Market Fluency. Deep understanding of the accounting, advisory, and legal professional-services landscape in Mexico and/or Colombia, including how referral relationships are typically structured and incentivized.
Self-Starter. Able to operate autonomously in a newly created role — building process, materials, and playbooks as you go, with minimal hand-holding.
Languages. Fluency in Spanish and English required.
Growth Mindset. Interest in growing this role over time, potentially into broader regional or global partnerships leadership as Jeeves' partner ecosystem scales.
Referral relationships with trusted accounting, advisory, and legal firms are one of the most efficient ways to reach the business owners who need Jeeves — and Mexico and Colombia are two of our highest-growth markets for exactly that motion. This role is our first dedicated, in-country investment in that channel.
You'll build the initial playbook, prove the model, and have a real opportunity to expand it into new partner categories and geographies as Jeeves scales its broader partnerships function — with a credible path to grow alongside it.
