About Gojiberry AI
Gojiberry AI is building AI Go-To-Market agents for B2B sales teams.
Instead of starting from static lead lists, Gojiberry continuously finds and prioritizes the right prospects based on their ICP and real buying signals, such as competitor engagement, job changes, hiring activity, funding events, social engagement, and website visits.
Its agents then turn those opportunities into action: researching each prospect, generating personalized outreach, contacting them across different channels, following up automatically, and surfacing interested replies to the sales team.
Over time, Gojiberry learns from what gets replies and which prospects convert, helping teams focus their outreach on the people most likely to engage.
The result: more relevant outreach, more qualified conversations, and more pipeline with less manual prospecting.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Acquisition Manager to take ownership of Gojiberry’s paid acquisition engine.
You will manage and scale a significant Meta Ads budget, starting at around $100k/month, with a direct focus on generating qualified pipeline and revenue.
You will own the entire acquisition loop: strategy, campaign structure, creative testing, landing pages, tracking, attribution, experimentation, and performance analysis.
You won't simply be managing campaigns based on a predefined playbook.
You’ll be expected to figure out what works, kill what doesn’t, identify new growth opportunities, and continuously improve the economics of our acquisition engine.
You’ll work directly with the founders, creative team, sales team, and product team.
This is a fully remote role with significant ownership.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage approximately $100k/month in Meta Ads spend.
- Build and execute the paid acquisition strategy across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage the full funnel from ad impression to lead, demo, opportunity, and revenue.
- Continuously test new audiences, offers, angles, creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Build a systematic creative testing process and identify winning concepts quickly.
- Work closely with the creative team to turn performance data into better ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and understand what is actually driving pipeline and revenue.
- Monitor CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, pipeline generated, and revenue attribution.
- Build and maintain reliable tracking and attribution across the acquisition funnel.
- Identify where prospects drop off and improve conversion rates at every stage.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency.
- Know when to increase spend, when to consolidate campaigns, and when to kill them.
- Develop new acquisition angles based on customer insights, sales calls, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with sales to understand which leads become qualified opportunities and customers.
- Connect ad performance with downstream revenue rather than optimizing exclusively for cheap leads.
- Build dashboards and reporting that give the team a clear view of acquisition performance.
- Run structured experiments and document learnings.
- Continuously challenge existing assumptions about our ICP, messaging, offers, and acquisition strategy.
- Help build a repeatable paid acquisition machine that can scale well beyond $100k/month.
What We’re Looking For
- You have significant hands-on experience running Meta Ads at scale.
- You have personally managed substantial monthly ad budgets.
- You understand the difference between optimizing for leads and optimizing for revenue.
- You know how to structure campaigns, audiences, creative testing, retargeting, and scaling.
- You are highly analytical and comfortable working with large amounts of performance data.
- You can look at a campaign and quickly identify what is actually driving performance.
- You have strong creative instincts and understand that creative is often the biggest lever in paid acquisition.
- You are comfortable working closely with copywriters, designers, video editors, and founders.
- You understand funnels and conversion rate optimization beyond the ad account itself.
- You are comfortable with tracking, attribution, pixels, UTMs, and analytics.
- You move quickly and prefer testing over debating.
- You take ownership of results rather than hiding behind platform metrics.
- You are comfortable operating in an environment where there is no perfect playbook.
- You have strong written and spoken English.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- You have scaled Meta Ads from tens of thousands to $100k+/month.
- You have experience with B2B SaaS or high-ticket products.
- You have managed acquisition where the real KPI was revenue or pipeline, not just leads.
- You have strong creative testing experience.
- You understand how to turn customer research and sales conversations into ad angles.
- You have experience building acquisition systems from scratch.
- You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect attribution and incomplete data.
- You think like a growth operator rather than a campaign manager.
What Success Looks Like
Your job is not to spend $100k.
Your job is to turn that $100k into as much qualified pipeline and revenue as possible.
In your first months, success means understanding the existing acquisition engine, identifying the biggest opportunities, establishing a strong testing framework, and quickly finding new winning combinations of audience, creative, offer, and funnel.
Over time, you'll be expected to make the acquisition engine more predictable, more scalable, and more efficient.
The ultimate goal is simple: build a paid acquisition machine that can reliably generate significant revenue for Gojiberry.
Why Gojiberry AI

- Fast feedback loops and little bureaucracy.
- Your ideas can go from hypothesis to live campaign extremely quickly.
- Work with a team that cares about performance, experimentation, and speed.
- Fully remote.
- Significant ownership and upside as the company scales.
