Job Description

Over the last 6 months, we have scaled to a $1M ARR with this and are now trying to scale 10X over the next 12 months. The biggest customer acquisition channel has been cold outbound - cold calling, cold emails, and LinkedIn DMs. Our ICP is VPs / Directors of Growth Marketing, Creative, Paid Media at consumer-facing brands/apps that spend over $5M annually on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.

What you’ll work on:

  • Working with the founders on tightening the ICP and coming up with out-of-the-box targeting strategies
  • Building account and prospect lists with our qualification criteria
  • Setting up qualified meetings by multi-threading via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, gifting, etc.
  • Over time, transition into an AE role and own the full cycle (book meetings, discovery, demo, pilot, close)

You’re a good fit if:

  • Have 2-4 years of hands-on experience with cold calling
  • Want to transition into a mid-market/enterprise AE over time
  • Bonus points if you’ve already sold a mar-tech product or an adjacent ICP

Comp:

  • $100K - $120K OTE with $60K - $80K base and the rest in commissions
  • 0.25 - 0.50% equity vested over 4 years

Pay is flexible for the right candidate.
