We’re looking for a GTM Intern (Creator & Community) to help us grow and operate the creator ecosystem around Flick. We’re looking for someone who can create momentum: bring creators together, design programs people genuinely want to participate in, identify and support our strongest creators, and turn community activity into meaningful growth for Flick.

You’ll work closely with the founders across our Creative Partner Program, AI Film Festival, Ambassador Program, and creator community.

What you’ll do

  • Help run and grow Flick’s Creative Partner Program, building strong relationships with active creators and identifying opportunities for tutorials, collaborations, workshops, and creator spotlights.
  • Help operate the Flick AI Film Festival, including creator outreach, submission campaigns, programming, communications, judge coordination, deadline pushes, and community engagement.
  • Design recurring community programming such as workshops, screenings, AMAs, creator challenges, feedback sessions, and office hours.
  • Identify power creators and emerging community leaders who could become ambassadors, educators, or long-term partners.
  • Engage directly with creators across Discord and other channels, making sure strong creators feel recognized, supported, and connected.
  • Turn great creator work into content opportunities, case studies, tutorials, social posts, and campaigns.
  • Track participation, submissions, activation, referrals, content output, and other program metrics to understand what is working.
  • Experiment constantly with new ways to increase participation and community momentum.

What you get

  • Work directly with founders
  • Help shape the future of AI filmmaking. Your work will impact real creators making real films
  • Create with Flick (credits included)
  • Potential to convert to full-time

Who you are

  • Have unusually strong people instincts and enjoy building genuine relationships with creators.
  • Have experience running communities, clubs, events, creator programs, campus organizations, online groups, or similar initiatives.
  • Are highly proactive, if an event has low attendance, your instinct is to change the format, DM people, find a better host, or try something new.
  • Have strong organizational skills and can manage lots of small moving pieces without dropping things.
  • Have good creative taste and can recognize compelling films, creators, stories, and content.
  • Understand internet culture, social media, creators, or filmmaking.
  • Think about community not only as engagement, but also as a growth loop.
  • Communicate quickly and warmly and are comfortable reaching out to people directly.
  • Can move between strategy and execution without waiting for detailed instructions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with filmmaking, AI creative tools, Discord, creator partnerships, events, or content creation is a strong plus.
  • People who have built a community, club, event series, creator network, or online audience from scratch. We care much more about what you actually made happen than the title you had.

How We Work

  • Ownership is key, real responsibility, and autonomy
  • Remote, flexible, async-friendly
  • We value responsiveness — speed and communication matter

About Flick

Flick is an AI-powered platform reimagining the future of filmmaking. It offers creators an open canvas where words, images, and moving pictures can grow and connect freely. Instead of working through prompts or rigid tools, filmmakers engage in a dialogue with an “AI director,” allowing stories, characters, and worlds to unfold organically. By weaving together multiple advanced models, Flick enables a process that feels intuitive, narrative-driven, and collaborative.
