We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build the core tools that power our business—from customer-facing sales flows to internal operations software. You’ll work closely with the CTO, CEO, and a contract designer to ship high-impact features and shape the engineering culture from the ground up.
Our stack is React (Remix) + Django + Postgres, deployed on Render.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain key parts of our product across the stack
- Design tools that streamline quoting, scheduling, and fulfillment
- Help define product scope and direction with leadership
- Own projects end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
- Collaborate on UX with support from our contract designer
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building production software
- Strong full-stack skills and experience working across the frontend and backend
- Proven ability to ship features with high product impact
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals
- Passion for our mission and interest in home electrification
Bonus Points
- Experience with Remix, Django, or similar tools
- Experience at a startup or fast-growing company
- Interest in climate tech, energy, or the built environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $140,000–$180,000 salary depending on experience
