Callab AI builds voice agents for enterprise contact centers. The company is backed by Y Combinator (P26 batch), with deployments across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Callab AI built a proprietary carrier-grade telephony stack that connects natively to on-premises enterprise infrastructure, which allows large organizations to deploy voice agents without migrating anything to the cloud.
About the role
Callab AI is hiring its first dedicated marketer. The role is experimental by design: the person in this role will run structured growth experiments across channels, measure everything, keep what works, and kill what does not. There is no existing playbook to execute. The person in this role will write it.
The role reports directly to the CEO and covers the full marketing surface of the company, from search visibility to outbound infrastructure to paid acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Design, run, and document growth experiments across organic search, paid channels, outbound email, and LinkedIn, with clear hypotheses and success metrics defined before launch.
- Own the company's search presence end to end, covering traditional SEO as well as visibility inside generative AI systems (AI-SEO / GEO), including how the company appears in AI assistants, answer engines, and AI-generated search results.
- Define, track, and report on the full funnel of marketing KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel-level ROI.
- Build and maintain the analytics stack so that every channel and campaign is attributable and comparable.
- Produce and optimize content for both human readers and AI retrieval, including landing pages, technical explainers, and comparison content.
- Manage and improve the existing marketing infrastructure, which includes HubSpot, Apollo, and Framer.
What we're looking for
- We want someone with 3+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Marketing KPIs are second nature to this person, and they can explain how each one connects to revenue.
- They have real hands-on SEO experience plus a working knowledge of AI-SEO and generative AI search optimization, backed by concrete experiments they have actually run.
- They know their way around the standard toolset: analytics platforms (GA4, Search Console), SEO tools (Ahrefs or Semrush), CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot or equivalent), and paid channel managers (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- They thrive with high autonomy, minimal process, and direct accountability for results.
Bonus points
- They have worked at a startup or scale-up before, ideally as an early marketing hire.
- They have marketed technical infrastructure products to engineering or operations buyers.
- They have built outbound email infrastructure at scale and understand deliverability and domain management.
