We’re seeking an AI-native marketer with experience in performance marketing and influencer / UGC marketing.
As the 1st marketing hire, you’ll be working directly with the founder and CEO of the company to drive full funnel growth.
Description
Join Blink.new as a Performance Marketing Manager to help drive our customer acquisition strategy.
You'll review campaign setups, advise on best practices, develop creative strategies, and provide analytics and reports.
You will source and manage UGC creators and influencer campaigns we work with across all major channels.
This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven and has experience with multiple ad platforms.
Signs you’re a good fit:
- Have managed 7-figures budgets of paid ads campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
- Experienced with AI creatives such as videos, avatars, image creatives and voice
- Have more than 10,000 Instagram / TikTok followers
- Have used vibe coding tools extensively before
- Hungry for responsibility and ownership
