vSpring Capital

vSpring Capital and Signal Peak Ventures, both based in Salt Lake City, are combining as equal partners in a new investment firm that, effective immediately, will operate under the Signal Peak Ventures name, both companies announced Tuesday. No money was exchanged. vSpring is a traditional early-stage venture capital firm with over $350 million of committed capital under management.
