INTRODUCTION Red Dot Ventures was established by Leslie Loh in 2012 as a seed-stage venture capital firm focused on Singapore-based high-tech startups. It was selected as an official startup incubator under the National Research Foundation's Technology Incubation Scheme (TIS) with the Singapore Prime Minister's Office. Since incorporation, the team has adopted an aggressive investment strategy, averaging 1 investment per month. Its investment portfolio exceeds 20 startups.
