The Development Principles Group ("DPG" or the "Group") provides fund management and investment advisory services (licensed and regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong) focusing on structured equity investments in China. They supply growth capital to leading middle market private entrepreneur-driven companies in traditional industries with a view to generating substantial value within a 2-7 year time frame.
