
HR internship: Talent Management
Job Description

Your assignment
You will support global talent management processes and help improve how we manage performance, careers, talent identification and assessments. You will work closely with the team on projects that enhance employee development.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Organize activities, events, and meetings for talent programs
Collaborate on projects related to change management and HR operations
Create presentations and communication content for HR initiatives
Execute research and benchmarking
Support talent assessments and annual talent cycles
Assist in preparing reports and documentation for global processes
Update internal webpages and training materials
This is a bachelor’s or master’s internship for a minimum of 5 months, at least 4–5 days per week (minimum 2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is September 2026.
Your profile
To be suitable for this internship you are;
Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field
You are proactive, independent, and analytical.
Feel comfortable working in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
Strong proficiency in English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Interest in HR processes and talent development
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
