MODEL ENGINEER, RL INFERENCE The RL infrastructure team is looking for an engineer to help with low precision RL training and inference.

…that builds and owns the RL training system: the system that trains our production models and that researchers across Anthropic run their

training frameworks Solid background in reinforcement learning (RL) post-training infrastructure, RLHF, or automated model evaluation pipelines

for closed-loop evaluation and onboard model training.

As a Software Engineer, Training/Inference (C++), you will design and optimize large-scale model serving systems end-to-end.

…and work alongside our ML engineer and data team, who built the models behind pricing and battery health.

As an engineer in RL Engineering, you'll work on keeping that system secure as it scales. This is a hands-on engineering role.
