Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance and Training Specialist to ensure the regulatory integrity and continuous professional development of our Space Force civilian workforce programs. In this position, you will serve as the primary expert responsible for auditing recruitment, placement, and overall HR operations to guarantee full alignment with federal standards. You will actively investigate policies, identify operational risks, and translate complex compliance requirements into structured corrective action plans and executive briefings for senior leadership. Beyond auditing, you will play a pivotal role in workforce education by designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs, curriculum, and reference materials. We are looking for an analytical professional with a strong background in policy compliance who can break down complex regulations into clear, actionable instructional modules for HR staff and managers. If you are a proactive problem solver dedicated to maintaining organizational standards and fostering operational excellence, we encourage you to apply. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional with a proven background in HR regulatory compliance, program auditing, and training development. In this role, the successful candidate will proactively evaluate existing workflows to identify latent opportunities for systems optimization and efficiency gains. They must possess a continuous-improvement mindset, independently converting these insights into scalable, modernized operational processes, and translating compliance data into streamlined organizational solutions.
