Ergonomics

  • Conduct ergonomic assessments for manufacturing workstations, material handling tasks, laboratory setups, office environments, and remote workstations.
  • Identify ergonomic risk factors (e.g., force, repetition, awkward postures, contact stress, vibration) using recognized assessment tools and methods.
  • Recommend and help implement ergonomic design improvements, equipment, tools, and work practice changes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations on the design and review of new processes, workstations, and tools to ensure ergonomic principles are integrated upfront.
  • Support job task analysis and physical demand descriptions.
  • Develop and deliver ergonomic training and awareness programs for employees and supervisors.

Program Management & Collaboration
