WHO ARE YOU?

You enjoy infusing design culture and placing the user at the center of considerations.

Driven by a strong spirit of innovation, you have proven your ability to initiate, lead, develop, and implement innovative solutions for highly complex critical security functions in your previous experiences.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you are a natural team player, open and trustworthy, committed to delivering the right product/function on time.

You are proficient in representation tools (drawings, 3D, etc.) and design software (Figma, Penpot, Adobe Suite).

You have experience preparing and facilitating workshops with all project stakeholders.

You are fluent in English (minimum C1 level).

A Plus

Specific knowledge of human behaviour (perception, understanding, problem-solving) and its characteristics (impact of fatigue, stress, workload, situational awareness, experience, skill, motivation, personality, etc.).

Languages:

English: Advanced level

French: Advanced level

WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER

Under the responsibility of the Head of Delivery center, you will support product development by focusing on the end-user to meet their real needs and offer them a novel, engaging experience tailored to the uses, business processes, and operational contexts of our products.

Your missions will include:

• Using design to propose alternative methods that facilitate the discovery of weak signals.
• Participating in the definition of user needs.
• Facilitating co-creation workshops (personas, card sorting, user journeys, experience maps, sketching, etc.), listening to users and team members.
• Designing detailed functional templates (storyboards, zoning, wireframes, prototyping, etc.).
• Conducting iterative user tests (A/B testing, eye-tracking, focus groups).
• Synthesising complex concepts using design tools (visualisation, representation).
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest UX/design trends.
• Measuring the impact of design choices.
